Terms + Conditions
Processing Time
Custom made vest/cape orders will be completed in a turnaround time of 5-10 weeks from payment (unless stated otherwise). Your order will not start production until payment is cleared. Packages to the post office Monday through Friday.
Accessories and patch only orders will be completed within 15-30 days.
Ready to ship items will be shipped 1-3 days after your purchase is completed.
Shipping
We ship worldwide! If you are international and do not see a shipping option for your country, please contact us and your country will get added.
For any shipping dates given, please know those are the estimated dates given by the currier. Designer Doodle is not responsible for any shipping delays or custom fees that may happen. Orders and packages will be shipped to the address given during checkout. If your address has changed, please notify us.
Please note that if you choose standard air shipping and live outside of North America, that I am not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. By completing the order, you are agreeing to these terms.
Ordering
Items can be made in many combinations and designs. For any designs and combinations made, Designer Doodle has the rights to duplicated it. This excludes company owned logos/designs.
Logos and company owned designed can be stitched out onto a item, but the owner and/or company of the logo must send an email to Designer Doodle. Stating that they give me permission to stitch out their logo/design for a customer.
Fabric and trim colors may be unavailable at the time of any order. I will notify you of the change that has happened.
Order Updates
Any and all vest/cape custom orders statuses can be seen through a link here. If you would like to see your order before it ships, please contact us. Then a message will be sent with photo(s) of your order when completed.
Other Information
Designer Doodle is not responsible for any missuse of any items or gear.
Large orders are welcomed! Please allow 1-2 weeks extra for any large/bulk custom orders.
