CHOOSING & SUBMITTING YOUR PHOTO
A clear photo of your pet or animal is required to create your custom embroidery. Your photo will be transformed into a custom line-art design and then embroidered onto your garment.
For the best results, choose a clear, well-lit, front-facing photo taken at your pet’s eye level. Their entire face should be visible and not blurry, heavily shadowed, or covered by objects. The quality of the photo you provide can make a big difference in the finished portrait! See the example photo for reference.

HOW YOUR PORTRAIT IS CREATED
Your pet’s photo is transformed into a custom line-art design and prepared for embroidery through a process called digitizing.
Because embroidery is created with thread, some small details may be simplified or adjusted to create a clean design that stitches beautifully. Your pet’s portrait will then be embroidered in the thread colour you selected when placing your order.
Each design is created specifically from your pet’s photo, making every embroidered portrait completely unique!

Each hoodie is custom made to order specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of this product, slight variations in thread color, placement and details may occur.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.
Please double-check your crewneck size and color, as it can not be changed after ordering.
