Before You Get Started

• Deposit Order Number: Have the order number from your deposit purchase ready. You'll need to enter it in the form below.

• Measurements: Make sure you have your dog's measurements ready and double-check them for accuracy.

• Ordering Multiple Items? Please complete a separate form for each item you'd like to order. You can use the same deposit order number for all your forms.

• Design Ideas: Have inspiration photos, color combinations, or specific design requests ready to help me understand your vision.

Custom Pricing

Pricing varies depending on your selected features and design complexity. Add-ons with set prices are labelled throughout the form, while custom embroidery and detailed designs are priced individually.

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). International customers may see different amounts in their local currency due to exchange rates.

Once your form is submitted, I'll review your selections and send you an invoice for the remaining balance, with your deposit applied toward the total. Full payment is required before production begins.
