What Happens Next?
1. I'll Review Your Order
I'll go through your submitted form, review your customization requests, and reach out by email if I have any questions or need additional details.
2. Final Pricing & Invoice
Once I've reviewed your selections, I'll calculate your custom order total and send you an invoice for the remaining balance. Your previously purchased deposit will be applied toward the final amount.
3. Your Order Moves Toward Production
Once your order details are finalized and full payment has been received, your order will move forward according to its place in the production queue.
4. Follow Your Order's Progress
You can keep up with your order through the Order Status Tracker, where you'll find updates as your gear moves through the different production stages.
